the team
Lindsay Wittenberg: Founder and Chief Executive
I am the first choice of coach for many HR Directors and business leaders. I also work with a group of esteemed and carefully selected colleagues who may partner with me to deliver programmes of work. My partner coaches extend my own range of approaches and bring other business and coaching experience to the coaching relationship. Together we make sure you will have the best possible coach for your individual needs, whether you are an individual looking for a coaching programme or an organisation looking for a team to develop larger coaching programmes.
My executive coaching works with the coaching relationship as a key vehicle of change. It’s through the working relationship that you will gain the increased self-awareness and self-understanding that will enable you to make conscious and well-judged choices and decisions and convey your authenticity. In combination, these factors – self-awareness, self-understanding, conscious decision-making and authenticity – will release your leadership potential. You can find out more about how I work and the approach I use here.
I value professionalism, quality and depth. I take a holistic approach that includes the whole of who you are, what sustainable results look like for you, the strength of our working relationship, and a dash of humour and creativity. These values underpin what I deliver and how I approach my work.
My coaching is both rigorous and caring. Clients report experiencing me as supportive and challenging, caring and tough, dynamic and deep, positive, warm and insightful.
I relish the challenge of complexities and ambiguities so I love working with bright, senior people. I enjoy coaching people whom others may regard as ‘difficult’ and people experiencing stress.
