When change is imposed on, or required of, the leader it may not always be clear to them how they want to respond in the context of the rest of their career. The same may equally be true when they are aware that they want something to change but they don’t know what it is or how to make it happen. I coach clients to:
re-energise and re-focus their careers, when they are seeking to find (or re-find) a sense of direction
find meaning and purpose at work, and
manage career transition points (including their first 100 days).
My career coaching is supported by the Wittenberg Career Coaching Model, which I originated. It takes clients from where they are now to the refocus of their careers.
